Seythai is a proposed Thailand-focused investment holding company. Rather than acting as a passive financial investor, we intend to own meaningful stakes in carefully chosen businesses and to participate actively in how they are run.
In hospitality, entertainment and lifestyle, outcomes depend heavily on execution: on service, systems, compliance and people. An investor who understands these disciplines, and is prepared to roll up their sleeves, can make a genuine difference.
The group is in its development phase. Our planning assumes a potential initial equity commitment of around USD 2 million; this is a planning assumption only and does not represent funds raised, committed capital or assets under management.
