We favour established, cash-generating businesses with a track record of trading over early-stage concepts. Where possible, we prefer asset-light hospitality models, such as management platforms, that allow capital to be directed towards service, systems and growth.
Growth would be measured: we expect to make a small number of carefully considered investments, learning from each before expanding further.
Investment Process

We concentrate on sectors and locations we understand, initially hospitality, entertainment and lifestyle in Bangkok and Phuket, and build knowledge of how value is created in each.
